Terms and Conditions


Good Times Tours - Your Authentic Holiday Managers

Effective Date: 28 April 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Good Times Tours, ("we", "us", or "our") to any customer ("you", "your", or "client") booking a holiday package to Europe. By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment
1.1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we receive the applicable deposit and issue written confirmation.

1.2. Deposit and Balance
A non-refundable deposit of 90% is required upon booking. Full payment is due no later than 10 days before the departure date.

1.3. Late Bookings
Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment immediately and are subject to availability.

1.4 GST 2.0 - 5% GST is applicable on each international tour package by Good Times Tours.

2. Inclusions and Exclusions
2.1. Inclusions
Unless otherwise stated, packages typically include:

- Accommodation in 3/4 star hotel or similar

- Daily breakfast (heavy brunch)

- Guided sightseeing tours

- Ground transport within Europe

- Entrance fees to scheduled attractions

- Luggage handling (1 main bag per person)

Note: Local city taxes extra will be paid by Good Times Tours. 
An change in flight fuel surcharge if any is to be adjusted and paid by the traveller.

2.2. Exclusions
The following are not included:

- International airfare (unless part of a bundled offer)

- Travel insurance (mandatory)

- Visa application fees

- Personal expenses

- Tips and gratuities (unless stated)

Important - The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified unless unforeseen event(s).

Kindly follow the instructions by our Tour Manager. Our Tour Manager(s) at Good Times Tours know it better.
This modification is made only by Good Times Tours, Navi Mumbai, District Raigad, Maharashtra India.

3. Food and Dietary Requests
3.1. Meals Provided
Meals included are clearly stated in the itinerary using standard codes:
B = Breakfast/ Brunch, L = Lunch, D = Dinner 
(L and D may not be included in the package. A traveller must spend for him/her at her own cost.
Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian delicacies of Europe are lovely and easily available.  

3.2. Special Diets
Requests for Indian food, Jain food, gluten-free, or other dietary needs must be submitted at booking. 
While we strive to accommodate such requests, availability is based on the destination.

 

4. COVID-19 Protocols
4.1. Health Requirements
You must comply with all applicable COVID-19 entry, transit, and public health requirements in all countries visited. This may include:

- Full Vaccination certificates including negative result

4.2. Travel Disruption
We are not liable for costs incurred due to denial of entry, quarantine, or missed services resulting from COVID-19 regulations or non-compliance.

4.3. Symptoms or Exposure
If you show symptoms or test positive during the tour, you may be required to isolate and/or leave the group. 
Any costs associated with isolation, alternate transport, or medical treatment are your responsibility.

5. Clothing and Travel Etiquette
5.1. Dress Code
You are responsible for packing appropriate clothing for the climate and activities. 
Some locations (e.g., churches and upscale venues) may require modest attire (covered shoulders and knees).

5.2. Footwear
Comfortable, sturdy walking shoes are strongly recommended due to cobblestone streets and uneven terrain in many European cities.

6. Luggage Allowance
6.1. Allowed Luggage
Each traveller brings:

- 1 checked bag (max 20 kg or 44 lbs)

- 1 carry-on bag (max 7 kg or 15 lbs)

- 1 small personal item (e.g., handbag or camera bag)

6.2. Oversize or Excess Baggage
Any excess baggage may incur additional charges or be declined if space is limited. 
You are responsible for transporting any extra luggage not covered by this policy.

7. Banned and Prohibited Items
The following are strictly prohibited during the tour:

- Weapons, firearms, or replica items

- Illegal drugs or controlled substances

- Flammable liquids or explosives

- Drones (in areas where banned by local law)

- Sharp objects not packed in checked luggage

- Excessive alcohol for personal consumption

- Any prohibited items found may be reported to authorities. 
We at Good Times Tours reserve the right to remove any guest in violation from the tour without refund.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1. By the Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued based on the following:

- More than 60 days: Loss of deposit

- 30–59 days: 50% of total cost

- Less than 30 days: No refund

8.2. By Us
If we cancel due to insufficient participants, government restrictions, or other factors, you will receive a full refund. 
We are not responsible for any additional expenses (e.g., non-refundable flights).

9. Insurance (Travel)
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover:

- Trip cancellation

- Medical treatment (including COVID-19 coverage)

- Personal liability

- Luggage loss or theft

- Proof of insurance may be required before departure.

10. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
10.1. General Responsibility
It is solely the traveller's responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents are valid and compliant with the entry rules of each country included in the itinerary. This includes holding a valid passport, obtaining all necessary visas, and meeting health or financial documentation requirements set by embassies or immigration authorities.

10.2. Passport Requirements
Each traveller must hold a valid passport with at least 2 years validity from the intended date of return. Passports must have at least two blank pages for visa stamps and not be damaged, tampered, or nearing expiration.

10.3. Visa Documentation (For Schengen and Other European Countries)
While we may assist or guide you in the visa application process, the final decision rests with the consular authorities. You are responsible for submitting all required documents accurately and on time. Typical documentation includes, but is not limited to:

- Valid Passport (minimum 2 years validity from return date)

- Recent passport-sized photographs (as per embassy specifications)

- Bank statement of the last 6 months with official bank seal and signature

- Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years

- PAN Card (copy)

- Aadhaar Card (copy)

- Proof of employment/income (salary slips, employer letter, or business registration for self-employed)

- Cover letter stating purpose of visit and travel itinerary

- Confirmed hotel bookings and internal transport arrangements

- Travel insurance with minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies

- Flight itinerary or reservation

10.4. Denial or Delay in Visa
- We are not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or cancellations arising from:

- Visa rejection or delays by consulates

- Incomplete or false documentation provided by the traveller

- Failure to attend embassy appointments or interviews

10.5. Multiple Entries and Country-Specific Requirements
Certain countries in Europe may require separate visas or additional documentation. You are responsible for understanding multi-country entry rules, especially if re-entering Schengen areas or visiting non-Schengen states.

11. Conduct and Safety
11.1. Behaviour
We expect all travellers to behave respectfully. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.

11.2. Physical Capability
Participants must be able to walk moderate distances and handle typical travel conditions.

Notify us in advance of any physical or medical limitations.

12. Liability Disclaimer
We act as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, guides, transport providers). We are not liable for injury, loss, delays, or damage caused by any third party or unforeseen event.

We are not responsible for weather disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or changes imposed by local authorities.

13. Complaints
Please report any issues promptly during the tour so we at Good Times Tours can address them. If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bombay High Court Jurisdiction. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bombay High Court.
